As usual, plenty of things to fuel some good thinking.  First, some links from around the web.  Then, as usual, some bullet thoughts of my own:

WEEKLY LINKS

LINK OF THE WEEK

Calling all cowards.  These are some really good thoughts about evangelism I’d love everyone to read.

THE CHRISTIAN FAITH

–Two great articles from Desiring God:  God wants you to complain and sexual sin in the ministry.

–Heard of Joseph Kony yet?  Here is a great article – from people in Uganda.

–It is worth reading this transcript of Piers Morgan’s interview with Mark Driscoll.

–This is a great piece of awareness regarding the prosperity gospel in Africa.

A great Christian perspective on depression.

BULLET THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEK

  • Christianity is in no way easy.  A glorious God cannot bring about followers who are wimpy and unwilling to serve Him.
  • Repentance is a huge word in experiencing Jesus.  If you don’t know what it means, do some research and see if you’re willing to really turn to God with everything you have.
  • I am excited about a speaking opportunity I have coming up – praying God will be glorified.
  • It is probably very redundant, but the need for wisdom never seems to end.
  • It has no eternal significance, but I am really ticked off at how Donald Trump handled the firing last night.  Seemed like he wanted to fire Andretti from the start.  I really wonder if the show wasn’t rigged for the women to win (their presentation was not near as good as the men) just so Andretti could get fired.  Grrr.  Ok, I feel better.
  • I really think State Farm has the best commercials on TV.  Hilarious, without really pushing the envelope too far.
  • My God is so big, so strong and so might, there’s nothing my God cannot do.

Have a great Monday everyone!
