- But we have to label things accurately.
- In the most recent shooting in Buffalo, white supremacist thinking played a role.
- We must denounce it and call it out.
- To rid our world of this type of thinking presents a major challenge.
- One can find radical thoughts readily available on the internet.
- Do you feel helpless? Exasperated? Hurt? Angry? So do I.
- The media have reminded us of other recent crimes. Asian women targeted in massage parlors. A synagogue in Pittsburgh targeted. Black worshipers shot by a white man in South Carolina. Others…
- These past few days we sit in the numbness of more attacks, including another against Taiwanese believers in California.
- Lament. Let me turn to lament. I don’t have advice for stopping this. I only feel like lamenting the current reality.
