Monday Challenge 3.23.20 – Coronavirus and Faith, Abortion, The Trinity

Another Monday, another set of circumstances. I hope these articles will challenge you no matter how all this affects your daily circumstances.

That said, if you can’t take one more article about the Coronavirus, feel free to skip this section.

Coronavirus and Faith

Here you will read one author struggling through some various responses to cancelled gathering.

This author urges us not to over or under estimate God’s purposes of judgment in the coronavirus spread.

This excellent article shows how God sometimes enters our path for the purpose of humbling us.

The Trinity

I’m sure I’ve posted this before, but for some fun and learning today how about a quiz on the Trinity?

Abortion

I understand the heaviness of thinking about babies who survive abortion. But recent bills to protect such precious lives actually failed in the Senate. See if your senator voted against protecting abortion survivors.

I Enjoyed Reading…

about Christine Hoover and her new book. I might pick up a copy. Maybe you’ll enjoy reading about something other than the virus.

Tuesday Rambling 1.30.18 – In Christ Alone

Rambling today about my favorite topic: Christ How do you think God brings about forgiveness? How do you think you can get into heaven when you die? Do you acknowledge a separation between man and God? How do propose to heal the separation between man and God? Do you...

My beautiful bride, Julie, and I were married in 1999.  We are blessed to raise and shepherd three children.
Some of my hobbies are running, theology, the following baseball, and learning about the church in America in 2013.
I am passionate about the Word of God.  My faith in Jesus Christ and the resulting power of the Holy Spirit living inside me has brought me to a place in my life where I desire to look for God’s purposes in everything.  There is no other way to say it: I have been thoroughly changed by Jesus and I labor so others will live changed lives in Jesus as well.
